update 6/7/24

The emails for entry into the campground went out 6/7/24 at 1:00pm, this email details placing the campers onto the campground.  If you have registered for multiple campsites with one email address you will only receive one email.

update 5/7/24

The second round of invoices for both campgrounds have gone out, approximately 6:00pm today. If you do not receive an invoice by 5/8 please email the campground you applied in, and we can check on the status of your invoice.

The north campground is full, with a long waiting list. There are still some south campsites available, the available south campground sites do not have power, but you may use a quiet generator.

update 4/5/24

The invoices for both campgrounds have gone out, approximately 4:00pm today.  If you do not receive an invoice by 4/8 please email the campground you applied in, and we can check on the status of your invoice.

The north campground is full, with a long waiting list. Emails will be sent to all campers on the waiting list. These emails should be out by 4/9.

There will be another informational email going out early June that will include items needed for entering the campgrounds June 20th, this email will also tell whether your site has access to power (south campground). 

update 3/1/24

We are working to get the camp spots assigned, we estimate this will be completed by the end of March or the 1st week in April. If you are assigned a spot, you will receive an email with an invoice. We will update this page when the invoices are sent out.

We are working on getting through the 700+ emails.    

update 2/19/24

The application emails were sent out at approximately 8:00 pm central time tonight, 2/19/24.

Some campers have said they didn’t receive a response email, we have tested with multiple platforms and all have received these responses. If you did not get a response, we still received your email. It seems some providers are blocking these replies.  If you are not receiving the autoreplies, please check your junk email.

update - 1/31/24

The January email was sent out today 1/31, at 8:30pm. If you did not receive an email send an email to north@backtothe50scamp.com or south@backtothe50scamp.com and we can look into the trouble. Another email will go out in mid-February.

If you have stayed with us since 2012, we do not need your information again.  We will not be answering any emails until January of 2024.
